JH Société d'Avocats will provide next week a lecture at the Law Faculty of Toulouse about embargoes and export control regimes in Europe, France and the US, with practical examples and particularities in the aerospace sector.
The lecture is integrated into the International Aviation Law LL.M. of the Law Faculty of Toulouse opening this year.
The class will focus on international regimes concerning goods and technologies, the export control regimes in France, the EU and the US, embargoes and related sanctions, and sanctions of violations. French, European and US federal regulations will be systematically analyzed and compared.
